ARM DMC-400 Model

The DMC-400 is an Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA) compliant System-on-Chip (SoC) peripheral that is developed, tested, and licensed by ARM. It is a high-performance, area-optimized, Low Power Double Data Rate 2 (LPDDR2) Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate 3 (DDR3) SDRAM, and Double Data Rate 2 (DDR2) SDRAM memory controller that is compatible with the AMBA ACE-Lite protocol.
